Image
After China did not budge even after the US imposed high tariffs on Chinese goods, President Donald Trump has reduced the tariff rate. Now that China has retaliated and bent the US, it seems that India has also adopted a policy of retaliation. Trump has decided that China, which retaliated, will benefit more than its friendly country that went to talks without retaliating against the high tariff rate. Therefore, now along with India, Japan is also in a position to regret it. Trump had announced on April 2, calling it 'Independence Day', that he would impose 10 percent tariffs on all trading partners and high 'reciprocal' tariffs on major competitor countries. After that announcement, he threatened all countries with retaliatory measures by imposing even higher tariffs and rewarding them if they did not.
