Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala has discussed with his close office bearers the issue of ending the deadlock within the party and bringing a regular general convention schedule. Koirala held discussions with Vice President Dhanraj Gurung, General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma, andGaganGaganSharma, and Joint General Secretaries Jeevan Pariyar and Badri Pandey at his liaison office in Bishalnagar on Friday morning and informed his personal secretary, Dinesh Thapaliya. Dr. Koirala has taken action after the dispute over the Congress's general convention schedule flared up. Koirala facilitated the meeting before the start of the Central Working Committee meeting. The meeting has been scheduled for 1 pm. There has been a dispute within the Congress over whether to hold the general convention before or after the Falgun 21 elections.
