Fake Birth Certificate Case: Absconding Ward Chairman Hari Subedi Arrested

  Dhading, 4-Dhunibeshi, 28th Asoj 2082 — Hari Subedi, the ward chairman of Dhunibeshi Municipality Ward No. 4 in Dhading district, who has been absconding for a long time, has been arrested in the fake birth certificate case.
