There is no such medicine specifically made to boost memory. However, consuming nutritious food, regular exercise, and adequate sleep (at least 8 hours a day) can enhance brain activity and improve memory. Some nutrients are known to sharpen the brain and increase memory retention. Consuming these foods can also slow down age-related memory decline. To enhance memory, one should increase the intake of antioxidants and flavonoids in their diet. These compounds also help in fighting diseases. For this, foods rich in vitamins A, C, and E—such as eggs, carrots, broccoli, fish, leafy greens, and fruits—should be consumed sufficiently.
