The voting process for selecting the new leadership of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) USA began on Sunday. About 13,000 members of the association will vote for their preferred candidates through ballots sent via email and mobile. This time, there will be a three-way competition between Bhanu Kharel, Satendra Sah, and Ramhari Adhikari for the post of president. All three candidates were intensifying the final phase of activities to woo voters before the election.   Kathmandu, April 1  – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today departed for Thailand on an official visit, where he will also participate in the  BIMSTEC Summit . The Prime Minister left for  Bangkok, Thailand's capital , at 1 PM today. This marks the  first official visit by a Nepali Prime Minister to Thailand  in  65 years  since diplomatic relations were established. PM Oli emphasized the significance of this visit, noting that Bangkok—a key "gateway" for Nepal's engagement with non-neighboring countries—had not received such high-level engagement until now. Key Agenda of the Visit: Royal Meeting : PM Oli will hold talks with  Thailand’s King and counterparts . Agreements Signed : A  tourism and cultural cooperation agreement  will be inked.
