Trilateral clash in NRNA America, Kharel, Sah for president, and Anup Khanal takes over as Adhikari general secretary

The voting process for selecting the new leadership of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) USA began on Sunday. About 13,000 members of the association will vote for their preferred candidates through ballots sent via email and mobile. This time, there will be a three-way competition between Bhanu Kharel, Satendra Sah, and Ramhari Adhikari for the post of president. All three candidates were intensifying the final phase of activities to woo voters before the election. Due to the divisions, disputes, and internal dissatisfaction seen in the last term, this time the members have appeared more cautious in selecting the leadership. In states with a large number of voters, like California, New York, and Texas, members have expressed expectations for the new leadership. Shooting of Shah Rukh Khan's 'King' halted


The shooting of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film 'King' has been halted.  


According to the Indian media outlet Dainik Jagran, the filming has been stopped due to the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan. The movie was supposed to go on floors from May 16. However, the production team has decided to postpone the shooting for now.  


The film is scheduled to release on Christmas 2026. Although the shooting has been paused for now, it is not expected to affect the release timeline.  


This will be an action thriller film. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, Shah Rukh will be seen alongside his daughter Suhana Khan in the movie. Actor Arshad Warsi will also play a major role. The film will be produced by Shah Rukh Khan's home production, Red Chillies Entertainment. The budget of the film is 200 crore Indian rupees.
