  Kathmandu. The third edition of the provincial-level franchise competition, Koshi Pride League (KPL), organized by Koshi Pride Pvt. Ltd., is scheduled to be held from Falgun 9 to 21. Stating that it will be held ‘with the encouragement of the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN), CAN Secretary Paras Khadka, and the Koshi Province Cricket Association,’ KPL Director Afzal Hossain informed a press conference held in Kathmandu on Sunday that seven franchise teams will participate in the competition. According to Hossain, Namuna Blasters, Itahari Adarsh ​​Giants, Birtamod Hits, Purveli Super Kings, Everest Thunders, BN Koshi Arnas, and Gorkha Avengers will participate in the competition. 'Ab Haschha Bardivas' Gaijatra special comedy program concludes grandly



Bardibas, Shrawan 24 – The Gaijatra special comedy program titled ‘Ab Hanchha Bardibas’ organized by Sisnupani Nepal Mahottari was concluded grandly.

The program was chaired by Sisnupani Nepal Mahottari President Narad Prasad Kafle, while Provincial Assembly Member Sarada Devi Thapa was present as the chief guest and expressed her best wishes for the success of the program. Mayor of Bardibas Municipality Prahlad Kumar Chhetri participated in the program as a special guest.



The program was jointly conducted by members Binod Dhungel and Ram Krishna Bhandari, while Vice President of Sisnupani Nepal Jeevan Raj Dahal welcomed all those present. Various ward presidents, Police Inspector Laxmi Raj Joshi of the District Traffic Police Office, officials of Prales Nepal Madhes Province, Hotel and Tourism Entrepreneurs Association, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representatives of literary and cultural institutions, officials of social organizations and journalists were present at the program.



Various cultural performances including poetry, songs, dance, magic and farce were presented in the program. The participants were entertained by humorous compositions, comedy dances and magic shows.



Chief guest Provincial Assembly Member Sarada Devi Thapa mentioned that such programs highlight the distortions and anomalies in the society through satire and encourage people to work towards reform. Chairman Narad Prasad Kafle thanked everyone who helped make the program a success and expressed his confidence that such programs will continue in the future.

The program was organized at the conference hall of Gautam Hotel, where tea was also arranged.
