Trilateral clash in NRNA America, Kharel, Sah for president, and Anup Khanal takes over as Adhikari general secretary

The voting process for selecting the new leadership of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) USA began on Sunday. About 13,000 members of the association will vote for their preferred candidates through ballots sent via email and mobile. Janasawal National Dainik and Kathmandu JCs sign agreement for youth leadership and entrepreneurship development

Kathmandu, Kathmandu JCs, which has been working on youth leadership and personality and entrepreneurship development, have collaborated on various issues to enhance the capacity of youth. The cooperation and partnership agreement was signed at a ceremony organized at the head office of Janasawal Rastrya Dainik at Durbar Marg on Wednesday.


The agreement was signed by Janasawal Rastrya Dainik President and Editor Ramji Bagale and Kathmandu JCs President Shyam Ghimire. Kathmandu JCs General Secretary Nabaraj Bhandari and Janasawal Rastrya Dainik's Namaraj Sapkota were present at the agreement ceremony.

Kathmandu JCs President Shyam Ghimire said that they have collaborated with Janasawal Rastriya Dainik as it has been doing a lot of good work with the youth in recent times. He said that Kathmandu JCs is also an organization of the youth and has a rich history of the past 55 years, so they have collaborated with Janasawal Rastriya Dainik, which is working for them. Kathmandu JCs currently has hundreds of youth members.

Ramji Bagale, President and Editor of Janasawal Rastriya Dainik, said that they are happy to collaborate with Kathmandu JCs to connect the youth working in various fields with the media as a media house. He said that this campaign will also be taken to the millions of Nepalis outside Nepal.

Kathmandu JCs General Secretary Bhandari said that he has taken the initiative to make the youth business-friendly and to prevent them from migrating abroad by providing employment to the youth in Nepal.

Memorandum of Understanding between the two organizations

Kathmandu JCs, established in Kathmandu Metropolitan City in 1970, is the oldest and most important branch of Nepal JCs under Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global organization established for the development of leadership, personality and entrepreneurship among youth. Kathmandu JCs, which has the active participation of youth between the ages of 18 and 40, currently has hundreds of young members.

JCs has been carrying out various awareness-raising and social activities for the development of the entire society and the nation, with positive thinking, dynamic leadership among the youth who believe in the belief that “Government should be of the law, not of individuals” and “Service to humanity is the best work of life”.

Kathmandu JCs, which has been carrying out its proud history for 55 years, has been playing a supporting role in personal, social and economic transformation by making the youth aware of the responsible present and golden future.

Since the media plays an important role in this context, we have a strong desire to collaborate with the national daily Janasawal Rastriya Dainik, which is at the forefront of mass media, and since the chairman of that organization has given his consent, we have prepared this agreement on the letterhead of Kathmandu JCIS, with the commitment to work in a strong role in the youth sector.
