The voting process for selecting the new leadership of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) USA began on Sunday. Ishwar Gurung's Namaste Band's 36th Anniversary and 18th Mahashivaratri World Music Festival 2025 to be held at L.O.D Club on Wednesday


Kathmandu. Namaste Cultural Music Training Center is organizing the 36th Anniversary of Namaste Band and the 18th Mahashivaratri World Music Festival 2025. The 18th Mahashivaratri World Music Festival 2025 will be held at the famous L.O.D Club in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

According to Ishwar Gurung (Namaste Band), the coordinator of the 18th Mahashivaratri World Music Festival 2025, more than 5,000 people will participate in the program. At a press conference organized at Durbarmarg in the capital, Gurung informed that historical musical programs will be held in Kathmandu, Pokhara and other places.

Nepal (Himalayan) The identity of the Nepali nation (Himalayas), the Gorkhali Nepali, the identity of the Nepali people, and the promotion of Nepali music, art, literature, language and culture, tourism, and the promotion of international culture, as well as the unity, harmony, friendship and brotherhood of musicians, the musical team (Namaste Band) was established by members of the Nepali and Japanese communities (Nepal and Japan) 35 years ago. Namaste Band also created history by performing a live concert from the highest place on the occasion of Visit Nepal Year 1998. Namaste Band, which traveled to Mechi Mahakali Sangeet Yatra in 29 major cities for the first time in Nepal, is a band that has been honored with various prestigious awards. As part of the ongoing organization of music festivals on the occasion of Mahashivaratri, the eighteenth Mahashivaratri festival is being held this year.
