Chitwan-Nawalpur Regional Committee of Sange Civilization Preservation and Development Campaign formed
Chitwan, Kartik 22. The Sange Civilization Conservation and Development Campaign organized a Chitwan-Nawalpur regional organization expansion and interaction program at Gaureshwor Pashupati Temple, Narayangadh today.
The program was attended by a significant number of descendants of the original descendants of the Pani Dholo area of Sange Khola, people currently residing in the Chitwan-Nawalpur area, married daughters and sisters, and representatives of the local society. The participants had an in-depth discussion about the activities, objectives, and future plans for organization expansion of the campaign.
On this occasion, an 11-member Sange Civilization Conservation and Development Campaign Chitwan-Nawalpur working committee has been formed under the coordination of Ravi Bhandari. The newly formed committee includes co-coordinator Laxmi Neupane, secretary Jeevan Wagle, and treasurer Keshav Raj Kafle. The members include Dadhiraj Wagle, Urmila Neupane, Vasana Pandit, Prakash Bhandari, Bishnu Wagle Ghimire, Bhagwati Wagle Nepal, and Sagar Kafle.
The program was chaired by the central coordinator of the campaign, Surendra Wagle. Poet and litterateur Madhav Prasad Bhardwaj was the chief guest and leading woman Bhuvaneshwori Adhikari was the special guest.
About 150 participants attended the program, where General Secretary Saroj Ojha, former Senior Superintendent of Police Hariraj Wagle, Engineer Thakur Prasad Pandit, and Bala Sharma, among others, expressed their views on the objectives and importance of the campaign.
The program has decided to strongly expand the Sange Civilization Preservation and Development Campaign at the local level and emphasize the preservation of cultural identity.
