There is no such medicine specifically made to boost memory. However, consuming nutritious food, regular exercise, and adequate sleep (at least 8 hours a day) can enhance brain activity and improve memory. Some nutrients are known to sharpen the brain and increase memory retention. Consuming these foods can also slow down age-related memory decline. To enhance memory, one should increase the intake of antioxidants and flavonoids in their diet. These compounds also help in fighting diseases.
