  Kathmandu. The third edition of the provincial-level franchise competition, Koshi Pride League (KPL), organized by Koshi Pride Pvt. Ltd., is scheduled to be held from Falgun 9 to 21. Stating that it will be held ‘with the encouragement of the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN), CAN Secretary Paras Khadka, and the Koshi Province Cricket Association,’ KPL Director Afzal Hossain informed a press conference held in Kathmandu on Sunday that seven franchise teams will participate in the competition. Dr. Shesh Ghale, Chair of the High-Level Committee of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), has urged all to obtain membership by April 7, 2025, and join the campaign for institutional reforms.   Speaking virtually with journalists, Ghale described the General Convention scheduled for May 3–5, 2025, in Kathmandu as a historic opportunity, emphasizing efforts to ensure broad participation. He stressed the need to reform the organization’s statutes, draft necessary documents, and set a new direction for the NRNA through the convention.   Ghale informed that the High-Level Committee has extended the membership deadline to April 7 and opened delegate applications until April 22.   Kathmandu, April 1  – The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has finalized the nomination fees for candidates vying for leadership positions in its upcoming "Unity Convention," scheduled to take place in Kathmandu from  May 3–5, 2025 . The  High-Level Committee , formed by the Supreme Court, set the fees during its  13th meeting .
