NRNA Cambodia elects new working committee unopposed under Parajuli's chairmanship, Adhikari, Kubar, Chhetri and Tamang as vice-chairmen, KC as general secretary



Kathmandu, The convention of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Cambodia has unanimously elected a new working committee under the chairmanship of Shivaraj Parajuli for 2025-2027. Outgoing chairman Lal Singh Khadka has handed over the post to the new working committee.


Pradeep Adhikari, Rajan Kuwar, Ramji Chhetri, Sonu Tamang have been elected as the vice-chairmen of the working committee, Uma Budhathoki as the women's vice-chairman, Dipendra KC as the general secretary, Rudra Tamang as the secretary, and Dr. Mo. Jamirul Haque as the spokesperson have been elected unopposed.



At the program, NRNA South Sudan Chairman Ram Prasad Padhya expressed his best wishes for the success of the sixth convention in Cambodia. Padhya emphasized that Nepal and Nepalis should be united in the same garland and spirit in activities such as 'Digital Orientation and Resolution Mechanism', labor safety campaign, and protection and promotion of Nepali culture in this region of Asia.



At the event, NRNA Cambodia's founding president and successful businessman Rajkumar Bhujel expressed his best wishes for the success of the sixth convention of NRNA Cambodia and expressed concern over the recent increase in infighting and internal conflicts in NRNA, saying that this should end.

At the event, NRNA ICC member Gyanu Rana, a successful businessman from Cambodia, expressed his best wishes for the success of the sixth convention of NRNA Cambodia and said that NRNA should work according to its slogan.



At the event, outgoing president Lal Singh Khadka urged everyone to join hands and move forward as this is a campaign. He said that even though he is retiring from his post, he will always be with the Nepalis in their joys and sorrows.
