Prime Minister and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that it is not possible to bring those who have turned to many directions without the right ideas into leftist unity. At a program organized in Madannagar Balkhu today on the occasion of the memorial day of UML's then General Secretary Janneta Madan Bhadari and Organization Department Chief Jeevraj Ashrit, Prime Minister Oli emphasized that the policy of bringing others into the party by making them agree with the right ideas should not be followed for unity. 'The tendency to oppose even the right things and create discord has been evident in the communist movement since history. Even though there was no real ideological difference, two lines of struggle were waged based on personal interests. There is also a tendency to divide the party and keep it unified for name', Prime Minister Oli said, 'The party trend has been trying to move in the right direction. The idea of ​​people's multi-party democracy brought under the leadership of Madan Bhandari refuted the accusation against us that communists are autocratic. This idea has been established as a national policy not only for political democracy but also in economic, social and human rights issues.  On this foundation, we will have to work to fulfill the national aspiration of a prosperous Nepal, happy Nepalis that we have taken." Prime Minister Oli, stating that he has sought to establish people's rule with the belief that the people are the source of power, said that he has never left the path of patriotism, national independence and national integrity. He also said that since the government is under his leadership, any attempt to revert to monarchy is impossible and unacceptable. He urged the cadres to move forward unitedly and confidently, as UML is ready to face every situation despite the conspiracies of elements who believe that the party can be overthrown by defaming the leadership of the UML. Stating that the UML has adopted a policy of active intervention, not passive desire for progress, he said that the movement has suffered losses due to right-wing extremism, ethnicity and anarchism in the world. Prime Minister Oli said that he has not made such shortcomings and has taken the path of unity and peaceful competition by considering diversity as cultural prosperity. In the past, when he led the government, it was a wrong practice to overthrow the government due to divisive elements within the party and to form a government through court orders.  He also commented. Recalling that Janneta Bhandari was a policy strategist who led the communist movement in a timely manner, he said that at a time when the communist movement in the world was collapsing, under his ideological leadership, the party was popular and reached a two-thirds majority. Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari, UML Senior Vice President Ishwor Pokharel, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, his dependent wife Maya Gyawali and others participated in the program. Leaders and cadres, including Chairman Oli, paid tribute to the late leader at the program.
