New Delhi: Rumors are spreading that Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is dating actress ShriLeela, who starred in the item song "Kisi Ki" from Pushpa 2. In this context, many are interpreting a statement made by the actor’s mother as confirmation of the dating rumors. Kartik’s mother, Mala Tiwari, had accompanied her son to the IIFA Awards 2025. Meanwhile, a video from IIFA has gone viral.
In the video clip, Mala was asked what she expects from her future daughter-in-law. Responding in a lighthearted tone, she said that while the family would ideally want a good doctor as Kartik’s wife, she left it up to him. Fans are now wondering whether the actor’s mother is subtly hinting at the rumors of Kartik dating ShriLeela. ShriLeela is a medical student and completed her MBBS in 2021.
Fans are speculating whether Kartik’s mother is alluding to a relationship between ShriLeela and the actor. Some time ago, a video of ShriLeela enjoying herself at a party hosted for Kartik’s sister went viral on social media. In the clip, ShriLeela was seen dancing with other guests at the house party, while Kartik Aaryan sat beside her, recording her video.
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan was recently seen in *Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3*. ShriLeela gained nationwide fame with the item song "Kisi Ki" from Pushpa 2: The Rule. This duo will soon be seen together in Anurag Basu’s upcoming film, set to release during Diwali 2025.
