New working committee of Nepal Bhasa Manka Khal Yala elected

 


On Mangsir 7, Lalitpur, Nepal Bhasa Manka Khal Yal's 14th annual general meeting was held in Manka: Dabuchhen, Tyagal Lalitpur on Saturday, Kartik 27. Mahendra Lal Maharjan won the presidency with only three votes. There was a very tough and exciting competition between Mahendra Lal Maharjan and Babu Raja Maharjan for the post of president. According to the announcement, Farinda Maharjan and Ramana Maharjan Bajracharya were elected from among the two female members, Farinda Maharjan and Ramana Maharjan Bajracharya, among the candidates. Out of the 18 members, Binod Maharjan, Prem Maharjan (Chiri), Rajendra Maharjan, Raju Tamrakar, Rabindra Barahi, Nhucheman Maharjan (Kapoor), Ukulal Maharjan, Bekharatna Maharjan, and Prabin Maharjan were elected as 9 members. Speaking after the oath-taking ceremony, newly elected President Mahendralal Maharjan thanked the members and congratulated the victorious colleagues, emphasizing that the real work has just begun and that he is committed to fulfilling what was said in the manifesto and that his tenure will be aimed at taking the dignity of the organization to further heights without any prejudice. The Nepal Bhasa Manka Khal Yal, which is very active in Lalitpur, has a total of 1244 members.
