Being able to motivate people, properly respect them, appreciate and encourage people's abilities, and manage the feelings of various types of success and failure is the use of emotional intelligence. A successful leader has the ability to understand people practically. It is necessary to have the habit of listening to people well and listening to understand them, behaving positively in different mental states of people, motivating people to move forward and helping them.
The people will receive the positive change and new roadmap for development of the country through the activities of the leadership. The people will also receive the inspiration for the development of the country from the leadership. Leadership should be a role model or example. Only when the individuals in the leadership understand that they are being looked at with hope from various sectors of society, is it possible to lead an organization, institution, party and country in the true sense. Only if we rise above personal interests and inferiority complex and think, can we become true leaders of our field. A person reaches only as far as the scope of his thinking is. The thinking of a successful leader is always big. Big thinking motivates people to do big things. A leader does not waste his time getting involved in small negativity. A leader should not get excited about the progress of others. A leader should also believe in the capabilities of his friends like himself.
