KC warned not to take any action that would affect the Supreme Court's order (with statement)

Kathmandu. The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) High-Level Committee has stated that it has drawn attention to the dialogue organized by Dr. Badri KC for greater unity. 


The committee, led by former president Dr. Shesh Ghale, stated in a statement that it has been given the responsibility of resolving issues including the association's membership, election process and other issues and holding a unified general convention as per the Supreme Court's order dated 21 Chaitra, 2080. 


The statement warns KC not to take any action against the Supreme Court's order. The statement states that any action that violates the court's decision will not be acceptable to the committee. In addition, the committee has called on the NRNA community to participate in the unity process and support the holding of the general convention as per the court's order. 


Similarly, it is stated that the process of implementing the court's order is moving forward through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 


The committee said that the Badri KC faction of the NRNA had organized a program on Tuesday at 5 pm Nepali time, with Dr. Upendra Mahato, former presidents Jiva Lamichhane, Bhawan Bhatta, Kumar Pant, founding leader Ram Pratap Thapa, founding coordinator Bhim Udas and others addressing the event.
