‘Mission Impossible 8’ Trailer: Tom Cruise jumps from a ship in dangerous action
Los Angeles. ‘You have to trust me one last time’
In the new trailer for the upcoming film ‘Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning’, actor Tom Cruise is urging other members of his spy agency IMF. He is asking them to go on a dangerous mission to save the world from a new threat.
The film, which features Cruise as a spy named Ethan Hunt, is set to be released by Paramount Pictures on May 23. It is said that this film could be Cruise’s last in the role of a spy character.
The ‘Mission Impossible’ series is known for its dangerous action scenes. In the previous series, Cruise has performed stunts such as jumping the Burj Khalifa and riding a motorcycle off a cliff.
“There’s no oxygen in a plane flying at 120 to 130 miles per hour,” Cruise told Umpire magazine. “So I trained myself to breathe. Physically, I wouldn’t be able to get back into the cockpit.” The previous installment of the series, Dead Reckoning, was released last November. The sequel, which is set to be titled Final Reckoning, stars Angela Bassett as the director of the CIA.
