Trilateral clash in NRNA America, Kharel, Sah for president, and Anup Khanal takes over as Adhikari general secretary

The voting process for selecting the new leadership of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) USA began on Sunday. About 13,000 members of the association will vote for their preferred candidates through ballots sent via email and mobile. This time, there will be a three-way competition between Bhanu Kharel, Satendra Sah, and Ramhari Adhikari for the post of president. All three candidates were intensifying the final phase of activities to woo voters before the election. Kathmandu – Nepali Film ‘Jante Bokhe’ Set to Release on Jestha 23, 2082


The Nepali movie ‘Jante Bokhe’ is scheduled to release on Jestha 23, 2082 (Nepali calendar). The release date was announced on Thursday morning alongside the unveiling of the film’s first look poster. Notably, no other films have been announced for release on this date so far.  


The revealed poster features a romantic portrayal of actors Aashif Shah and Garima Sharma against the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas, while Saugat Malla is seen observing them with a disappointed expression. Designed by Royal Bheemsen, the poster’s centerpiece is a goat wearing glasses, adding intrigue to the film’s storyline.  


‘Jante Bokhe’ humorously explores a social narrative revolving around the traditional feast (janti ko bhoj) served during weddings. The film, starring Saugat Malla, Aashif Shah, and Garima Sharma in lead roles, promises to deliver laughter and entertainment to audiences.  


Directed by Simos Sunuwar, the movie also features performances by Rama Thapaliya, Lokendra Lekhak, Kamal Devkota, Vishal Pahadi, Rusha Nyupane, Kusum Sharma, Sneha Joshi, Samapika Gautam, Kushal Gajmer, and others. The script and dialogues are penned by **Pradeep Bhardwaj, while Santosh Gautam serves as the producer.
